Progress report - Everyday Life

So far today, in no particular order, we have:
- Got up late (no surprises there!)
- Gone to church
- Gone shopping
- Washed 4 loads of laundry
- Dried 3 loads of laundry (one is still drying)
- Put away 5 loads of laundry (two from earlier)
- Run 3 loads through the dishwasher
- Gone for an adventure walk in the dark with the kids (so David can try out his new flashlight)
- Cooked 2 proper meals and improvised a snack breakfast
- Admired the ripe red peppers & chillis in the garden (Geoff is amazed they ripened in November, even if they are under glass.)
- Harvested a pumpkin.
- Shredded 1 bin full of old paperwork
- Thrown out two bin-bags of other rubbish.
- Taken Chrissy's old PC off her desk and made a laptop docking space for her.
- Emptied one "mystery box" from the study
- Repaired two books
- Laminated "Spy Kit" from Ruth's favourite library book (with library approval.)
- Chatted/Webcammed with Matt in the US.
- Continued to clear&sort Chrissy's Desk
- Watched an episode of Planet Earth with the children
- Played on Facebook/browsed the internet.
- Forgotten a couple of other things we wanted to mention
- Posted first Blog update in two months!

IMAGINE THAT, AND I back from the Seminar at Sea and too busy to check anything checked your blog. Good job on getting rid of junk. We are going paperless. Believe it or not that makes a mess. Also we are still getting Arugula, had peppers last week with a few of them red and very delicious. very good sliced into a sandwich with checken, ham or any meat and a little cheese. Love to all Saw Monika, she leaves Carnival in Jan goes home to get married, sens regards especially to Ruthie and David. xox GrandmaTC
